Shawguides . But I spend way too much time there looking for exactly what I want.
Their search engine is sloppy or there is no oversight on how things are classified. I will put in January and hands-on and find places which have no hands-on courses available and they are closed in January. I have been spoiled by Google's advanced search.
I found a young site which is collecting cooking vacations, and stories about your experiences.
It is called the
Traveller's Kitchen. You may want to drop them an e-mail about your experience in a cooking vacation.(I used to drop someone a letter in the letterbox. Maybe you fly an e-mail.).
The next cool site I found was
The Cooks Library. Good place to get reviews and good place to order from. They seem passionate and experienced in cookbooks.
